Centrally located with easy access to major freeways, the Phoenix downtown and central corridor, the arts district, light rail line, and three major hospitals, convenience is key.

All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement prior to receiving check in instructions.
Pet friendly. We accept up to 2 dogs. There is an Additional $45 fee per dog, and guests must agree to a Pet Addendum.
